Agenda Session
An Agenda Session is not a voting session. It falls on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules) and convenes at 4:00 p.m. It is used to review and discuss upcoming items that will be voted on at the next Regular Meeting.
Regular Meeting
A Regular Meeting is a voting session, held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules), convening at 4:00 p.m. It is used to conduct formal votes and official business.
